New Canaan Property Management is the brainchild of Anthony M. Sillo, a fourth-generation builder and a lifelong New Canaan resident. His family has been building and caring for homes in New Canaan, Connecticut, for over 45 years.
Anthony was born and raised in New Canaan, and began learning the ins and outs of luxury homes in college, when he spent his summers working with his father’s company, Rick Sillo Construction. Learning the trade and establishing meaningful relationships with local vendors that early has provided Anthony with an excellent network of allied professionals.
Anthony earned a BS in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, before moving to a prominent property management company, Vornado Realty Trust in Manhattan, for two years. Since then, Anthony has continued his education through classes at New York University, as well as pursuing a number of certifications in order to provide the best possible service to his clients.
Anthony is dedicated to continuing his family’s tradition of quality craftsmanship and excellent client relationships. In 2013, he branched out to found A. Sillo Development, a building and remodeling company. After discussions with many of the homeowners he worked with through both Rick Sillo Construction and A. Sillo Development, he saw the need for a type of ongoing home service and maintenance that wasn’t being met in the market. This led him to found New Canaan Property Management in 2016, with the goal of providing total peace of mind to his clients.
